The Hammond XM2/XMC2
Sound Module and drawbar set
For the occasional organist, or those keyboard players who want the genuine HAMMOND sound, without needing to carry around another keyboard, the XM-2 is for YOU. The XM-2 is essentially our award-winning XK-1 (minus keyboards) shoe-horned into a one-space rackmount MIDI module. Play with any MIDI controller or sequencer. Also perfect to add the distinctive HAMMOND sound to a non-drawbar home or Church organ. Add the XMc-2 Drawbar controller to register this smallest of genuine Hammonds in the traditional manner. To hear a demonstration of what the XM-2 sounds like, please refer to the XK-1 page-the XM-2 employs the same sound producing “engine”
